• Our employability program, developed in collaboration with partners, focuses on supporting individuals and groups facing significant barriers to entering the workforce. Our main goal is to improve their job prospects by providing personalized career guidance, where our advisors work with participants to create tailored action plans for their professional development. What We Do We take a collaborative approach, partnering with local organizations, employers, and other stakeholders to support youth in overcoming employment challenges. By addressing these barriers, we aim to increase their chances of securing meaningful jobs within the region.
