    Integrating fun, mindful exercises into physical education to link movement with emotional awareness. Emotional recognition, stress management, and teamwork. Mind Ball-themed team games to build cooperation. Discussions about feelings and healthy friendships. Age-appropriate self-expression exercises. Identifying emotions, managing stress, building self-esteem, and forming positive social connections.
